STAFF PARISH RELATIONS COMMITTEE NEWS
One of SPRC’s roles is to act as liaison between the congregation and pastor and staff. We support open and direct communication with staff from congregants and, particularly, encourage you to let staff know when you appreciate their work. We also encourage you to speak with an SPRC member or the staff person’s supervisor (listed below) if you have questions or comments about staff responsibilities or other staff issues. If your concern relates to a specific program (such as music, youth, worship or Church in the World), speak with the appropriate committee chair. (See “2009 All Church Charge Conference” booklet or call the church office for the person to contact.)
