The church staff collects information for the publications, edit, and publish each. Information is collected from the various committees and organizations of the church with Courtesy Announcements added for church members or other churches as room allows.
Deadlines:
Sunday Worship Bulletins with Announcement Sheet, Thursday morning.
Bulletins for special services, at least five days before the event.
Calendars for posting on bulletin boards, Thursday afternoon.
Monthly newsletter, the eACTS, distributed electronically the last of each month (or on paper for those who request), the twentieth of the month.
The church WEB site, www.ashlandmethodist.org, anytime, submit information via email to the WEB Master, opmgr@ashlandmethodist.org. WEB Master updates the Calendar or pages as information arrives.
Contact the Operations Manager to express gratitude or ideas for improvement. Remember, some of you ideas may not be within the scope of our technology.
